How can you volunteer at the Snoopy Dog Shelter?

Volunteering at the Snoopy Association means becoming part of a family that helps abandoned and mistreated animals every day. Here are a few ways you can contribute:

Caring for and Socializing the Dogs
Walking, playing, and socializing dogs in the shelter or temporary accommodations – invaluable help that restores their trust in people and prepares them for a new home.

Helping at the Shelter
Participation in maintaining cleanliness, feeding, and basic care for the dogs.

Field Work and Rescue
Responding to reports of abandoned, injured, or mistreated animals, going into the field and providing first aid and organizing transportation to veterinary care or a shelter.

Organization and Participation in Events
Assistance with organizing events, fundraising events, educational workshops and promotional campaigns.

Promotion and Communication
Photography, managing social media and creating web content so that we can spread the word about the importance of adopting and protecting animals together.

Temporary Placement (Foster)
Provide a temporary home for an animal until it finds its forever home – a great help that allows for better socialization and recovery.

You are welcome every day between 9 am and 2 pm (including weekends and holidays)

In addition to occasional volunteering, we offer the opportunity for you to join our small family for a extended period of time, providing you with accommodation and food in exchange for a few hours of volunteering a day.
Through the Workaway platform you can apply for a minimum of 3 weeks of stay, during which, in exchange for 5 working hours per day, 5 days a week, you will receive free accommodation in one of our mobile homes and 3 meals per day.

So far, we have had the pleasure of hosting over 200 volunteers from all over the world. Without any exaggeration, we can say that Snoopy would not be what it is without their contributions.
We are extremely happy and honored to have had the opportunity to meet such wonderful people and are looking forward to meeting new people.
